These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between s8k8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the s8k8 website located at s8k8.net and all associated services, features, games, and content.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", or by simply accessing any part of the s8k8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms take effect from the moment of your first access to the s8k8 platform.

s8k8 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect. Your continued use of the s8k8 platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the s8k8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform.

Access to and use of the s8k8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are accessing the platform in your own name, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by s8k8 or any other PAGCOR-affiliated gaming operator.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any of the above of s8k8 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or PAGCOR.

s8k8 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements. If s8k8 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held or used by an ineligible person, the account will be immediately suspended and any funds therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the s8k8 platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts beyond the first discovered will be closed without notice, and any funds held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering your s8k8 account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID
• Your date of birth
• Your current residential address in the Philippines
• A valid and active email address that you own and control
• A valid Philippine mobile number

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. s8k8 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify s8k8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before your first withdrawal, and at any point s8k8 determines it is necessary, you will be required to submit identity documents for verification. Accepted documents include a PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, UMID card, or driver's license. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the process is completed.

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on s8k8 are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). There are no currency conversion fees for Philippine Peso transactions.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your s8k8 wallet within two (2) minutes of confirmation.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed on the same business day if initiated before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
• Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier are credited within one (1) to three (3) hours of payment confirmation.
• All deposit methods are subject to the respective payment provider's own terms and processing times.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
• All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification before processing begins.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.
• s8k8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawal amounts, which may extend processing times.

s8k8 operates in full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations as overseen by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity, and s8k8 is legally required to report unusual patterns to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

s8k8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free credit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be claimed and used within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity window and cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in your s8k8 account at a time, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Some promotions are available only to new players, players who have not made a deposit in a specified period, or players who meet certain activity thresholds. s8k8 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: s8k8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings generated from that bonus — if s8k8 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed or used in a manner that constitutes abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent.
• Changes and Withdrawal: s8k8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already validly claimed before the change takes effect.

All games available on the s8k8 platform — including live casino tables, video slots, bingo, poker, and sports betting markets — operate under specific game rules that are made available to players within the game interface or via the s8k8 Help Centre. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules applicable to any game before placing real-money wagers.

Random Number Generation: All non-live games on s8k8 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited by recognized testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are completely random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by s8k8 or by any player.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are operated in real time from regulated studio environments. Game outcomes in live casino games are determined by the physical actions of the dealer (card shuffles, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) and are not controlled by s8k8's software.

Sports Betting: All sports betting odds are set by s8k8's trading team and reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Settlement of bets will follow the official results of the relevant event as confirmed by the recognized governing body of that sport.

Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system fault that affects a game outcome, s8k8 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the players involved. s8k8 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s8k8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform's games or betting systems
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain — any such exploitation must be reported to s8k8 immediately
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker chip dumping, coordinated bet placement, or sharing hole card information
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the s8k8 platform
• Using stolen payment instruments, fraudulent GCash accounts, or unauthorized third-party financial instruments to deposit funds
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing s8k8 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to s8k8's systems, databases, or other players' accounts
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where use of s8k8 is not permitted

s8k8 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. We take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously, and we actively encourage all players to game within their means and to seek help if gaming is no longer a source of entertainment.

Responsible Gaming Tools Available on s8k8:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your s8k8 account. Limits can be decreased immediately or increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the s8k8 platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software
• Create derivative works based on any s8k8 content
• Use the s8k8 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization

Any unauthorized use of s8k8's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, s8k8's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real -money funds deposited by you into your s8k8 account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

s8k8 shall not be liable to you for any of the following types of loss, whether direct or indirect, even if s8k8 has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of business or commercial opportunity
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Loss of data or information
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events including typhoons, earthquakes, power outages, or other events beyond s8k8's reasonable control

The s8k8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While s8k8 makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

s8k8 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations.

By registering an s8k8 account, you consent to s8k8 collecting and processing your personal data for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility to use the platform (KYC)
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions
• Providing customer support services
• Complying with PAGCOR regulations, AML obligations, and other legal requirements
• Sending you account-related notifications and, where you have opted in, promotional communications

s8k8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The reasons for amendments may include, but are not limited to: changes in PAGCOR regulations or other applicable Philippine laws, updates to platform features, changes in our business operations, or corrections of errors or ambiguities in the existing Terms.

When material changes are made to these Terms, s8k8 will:

• Post a prominent notice on the s8k8 website homepage and in your account notification centre
• Send a notification to your registered email address at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or minor clarifications that do not alter the substance of your rights or obligations) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the s8k8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The s8k8 platform operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute relating to s8k8's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's standard complaints handling procedures.

Internal Dispute Resolution: Before escalating any dispute to an external body, you agree to first contact s8k8's support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter internally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through s8k8's internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter, or to PAGCOR where the dispute falls within PAGCOR's regulatory remit.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent s8k8 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where s8k8 reasonably believes it is necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
